CLUB DISCOUNT

Discount Hobby Supplies offers a five percent (5%) club discount scheme to encourage our customers into participating with and joining recognised clubs in their area of interest. Discount Hobby Supplies reserves the right to refuse this discount if the customer requesting discount entitlement does so on the grounds that they are a member of a club or association that has not been given prior consideration for that discount to apply.

Approval for discount entitlement shall only be given by the Director/s of Discount Hobby Supplies. Formal request for discount entitlement may be made in writing to Discount Hobby Supplies by any committee member of the requesting club or association.

Club discount applies to WETERN AUSTRALIAN club members only unless previously authorised by the Director/s of Discount Hobby Supplies.

Discount Hobby Supplies also reserves the right to exlclude any product from discount entitlement.

Products within Discount Hobby Supplies currently ’on special’ do not have any further discount entitlement.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Discount Hobby Supplies are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SHIPPING

When ordering products from Discount Hobby Supplies most products will be shipped via Australia Post Express sachel relating to total weight and dimensions of your purchase. In this case 500g, 3kg and 5kg sachel will be used and the cost of each Express Post will be added to your final invoice.

Notification of shipping costs will be forwarded to you via e-mail prior to your order being finalised and charged to your credit card. If you do not wish to continue with your purchase please notify Discount Hobby Supplies immediately. All orders will be processed unless otherwise notified. All non-faulty returns and refunds will be refunded as store credit only.

Discount Hobby Supplies continually endeavours to provide the most cost effective way to get your products to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Please advise us if you have alternative options relating to shipping. (ie. your own freight account)

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

All mail order items are sent uninsured unless otherwise requested. Discount Hobby Supplies takes all care when packaging your orders however does not exept responsibility for the loss or damage of your purchase as a result of delivery process. Please consider carefully when making your purchase as to whether or not you wish to have additional cover for loss or damage. This can be requested in the delivery instructions field in the Checkout area of our website. We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received as a result of a picking error. No products will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.


PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Discount Hobby Supplies and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible.
