Shipping
When ordering products from Discount Hobby Supplies most products will be shipped via Australia Post Express sachel relating to total weight and dimensions of your purchase. In this case 500g, 3kg and 5kg sachel will be used and the cost of each Express Post will be added to your final invoice.
Notification of shipping costs will be forwarded to you via e-mail prior to your order being finalised and charged to your credit card. If you do not wish to continue with your purchase please notify Discount Hobby Supplies immediately. All orders will be processed unless otherwise notified. All non-faulty returns and refunds will be refunded as store credit only.
Discount Hobby Supplies continually endeavours to provide the most cost effective way to get your products to your door as quickly and safely as possible. Please advise us if you have alternative options relating to shipping. (ie. your own freight account)
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
All mail order items are sent uninsured unless otherwise requested. Discount Hobby Supplies takes all care when packaging your orders however does not exept responsibility for the loss or damage of your purchase as a result of delivery process. Please consider carefully when making your purchase as to whether or not you wish to have additional cover for loss or damage. This can be requested in the delivery instructions field in the Checkout area of our website. We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received as a result of a picking error. No products will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. |
